CONFIRMED: Huawei is launching the P10 and Watch 2 at MWC 2017

Huawei wants to take centre stage at this year’s MWC event with the announcement of its new P10 flagship. This comes as a surprise as the Huawei P series is often launched in Q2 and their Huawei Mate 9 was launched just 3 months ago.

The Huawei P10 has been confirmed with an official teaser video shown above. The upcoming device will definitely feature dual-cameras that are co-engineered with Leica. In the teaser, it briefly showed a line that says “Change the way the world sees you”. That could either mean a fresh head-turning design or a new selfie feature that would make you look good.

Apart from launching a flagship smartphone, Huawei will also be introducing their latest smartwatch. This was confirmed via a Weibo post by Huawei CEO, Richard Yu. It will be called the Huawei Watch 2 and it’s likely to run on the latest Android Wear 2.0.

We’ll be there at Barcelona next week, so stay tuned to us for the latest updates from MWC 2017.
