Redmi Note 3 and Redmi 3S going for RM499 next week

In time for the Christmas holidays, Xiaomi is offering a special offer where you can get a smartphone for less than RM500. The sale is happening for 3 days only between 12-14 December.

If you missed the previous sales, the popular Redmi Note 3 is back again at RM499 (RRP: RM699). This is one of the best phones for those on the budget. It comes with a 5.5″ Full HD display and a rather decent Snapdragon 650 processor. The model on offer is the lower 2GB RAM with 16GB storage option.

Also on offer is the Redmi 3S which is Xiaomi’s new entry-level model for Malaysia. Originally priced at RM599, it can be yours at RM499. In terms of specs, it gets a 5″ HD 720p display and it runs on a Snapdragon 430 processor. Like the Redmi Note 3, the unit on promotion is the 2GB RAM + 16GB storage model. Between the two, you might as well go for the Redmi Note 3.

New for Malaysia is a wireless bluetooth speaker which is going for RM169 (RRP: RM179). The older Mi 4i is also on promotion as well at RM399.

If you’re interested, head over to the official Mi Store on Lazada beginning 12 December.
