UPDATE: Updated to include pre-order offerings from Senheng and Samsung Malaysia
The Samsung Galaxy Note7‘s arrival into Malaysia is fast approaching. While Samsung Malaysia’s own pre-order sale will only begin on the 8th of August, there are already several other website that you can get it from. Here’s a list to help you pick out the best value pre-order.
11street recently announced that they will be putting the Galaxy Note7 up for pre-order. Along with the smartphone, the first 100 buyers will also be receiving a free mystery gift as well. After some inquiry, 11street revealed that the mystery gift would be the same thing Samsung Malaysia was offering with their pre-order sale, plus a ROCK Back case. The smartphone — which comes in Gold Platinum, Silver Titanium and Black Onyx colours — can be pre-ordered for RM3,199 from the 3rd to the 18th of August on 11street’s website. Pre-ordered devices are expected to start shipping on the 19th of August 2016.
Lazada Malaysia is another place that you can pre-order Samsung’s latest phablet. The website is currently taking pre-orders for all three colours — Gold Platinum, Silver Titanium and Black Onyx — of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 priced at RM3,199. Customers who pre-order the smartphone will receive a Samsung Wireless Charging Stand that supports fast wireless charging for free.
If you’re interested in pre-ordering this handset from Lazada, we would suggest that you do so via ShopBack because you can receive 4% cashback on your purchase, plus RM200 off the price of the smartphone thanks to a promo code that you can obtain here. Simply buy the Note7 through ShopBack and you can get the discounts. Keep in mind that this promo code is only available until the 8th of August 2016, but ShopBack will have more promo codes that will be released at a later date.
Lazada expects the pre-ordered devices to be shipped starting the 22nd of August 2016.
GEMFIVE is the third and final place that is offering the Samsung’s brand new Note for pre-order. While there isn’t any indication that you will get any free gifts or mystery prizes when you pre-order from them, GEMFIVE is offering a 12% discount (max of RM250) if you pre-order the Galaxy Note7 from them with the code SYIOK12. This site is also offering all three colours — gold, black and silver — for RM3,199 each. Delivery has been estimated to be around the end of August 2016. Samsung Malaysia has finally released the details of their pre-order sale. The sale will commence on the 8th of August 2016 and there will be 4,000 units up for grabs. Should you manage to pick up one of the 4,000 units, Samsung will throw in a free 10,200 mAh powerbank, a Wireless Charging Stand as well as 10% off the RM3,199 retail price. You will also be able to pick up your Galaxy Note7 a day before the handset’s official launch on the 19th of August.
There are three colours up for sale — silver, gold and black — and you can find out exactly how to pre-order one here.
Senheng’s pre-order sale seems to be broadly similar to that of Samsung’s. The store will be having the sale from the 8th of August (10am) to the 10th of August 2016 (11.59pm) and the first 250 customers will also receive a 10% discount, a 10,200 mAh powerbank and a Wireless Charging stand. Additionally, Senheng will be throwing in an extra year’s warranty on top of Samsung’s own warranty.
Payment options include credit card, debit card or direct transfer via online banking facilities. There are also instalment options up to 24 months with 0% interest available for those who don’t want to fork out one lump sum.
If you’d like to know more, head on over to Senheng’s website. Be sure to check out their FAQ too for more details.
