Smartphones are our lifeline. If my smartphone runs out of juice during a busy day and I don’t have my powerbank with me, I start to panic. And unlike a flashlight or remote control, I can’t just pop into the nearest store and buy fresh batteries.

You can buy MoBeeGo in three forms: MoBeeGo Single Shot, which gives you a reusable adapter (compatible with both Android and iOS devices) and one battery can for RM29; MoBeeGo Refill, just the battery can for RM10; and MoBeeGo Pack, which is a six-pack of battery cans for RM55.
Looking at the prices, MoBeeGo isn’t exactly a cheap service. Dropping RM10 for a maximum of 4 hours of usage still works out to about RM2.50 per hour. And, if you leave your adapter at home, you will either have to buy a new adapter (which means opting for the RM29 pack) or rush home to get it which kind of defeats the “emergency” benefit of this service.
But, the good news is that if you’re stuck somewhere and you really need to charge your smartphone (and everyone is being really mean about lending you a charger), at least you have another option.
