Pre-order the Huawei P9 Plus on DirectD and get RM999 worth of free gifts!

DirectD is putting the Huawei P9 Plus up for pre-orders now and if you’re among the earliest to place an order, DirectD will be throwing in a whole host of free gifts which includes a brand new Huawei smartphone.

The Huawei P9 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2016 thanks to its Leica certified lens — the first of its kind. Now, the P9’s bigger brother, the P9 Plus, is set to make its way to our shores soon too. It’s a pretty beast of a flagship device, packing a powerful homegrown Kirin 955 octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

It’s also larger than the P9, coming in with a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p AMOLED display tucked under 2.5D glass. However, it does retain the Leica certified dual 12-megapixel cameras on the back. One other improvement that the P9 Plus has over the P9 is a larger battery, packing 3,400 mAh, which is 400 mAh more than its smaller brother.

Although the P9 Plus has the same all-metal unibody construction as the P9, the Plus variant has a more glossy finish to it. This helps the device stand out from the more muted matte finish found on the P9.

You can place your order for the Huawei P9 Plus now for RM2,599. If you’re among the first 99 customers to place a pre-order, you will receive RM999 worth of free gifts which includes a 5,000 mAh powerbank, a selfie stick, a Bluetooth speaker, a 3D2N hotel voucher and a brand new Huawei Y3C smartphone.

The P9 Plus will come in two colours. The gold variant will begin shipping on the 10th of June while the grey variant will only begin shipping on the third or fourth week of June. Interested? Head on over to DirectD now.
