The OPPO R7 Place Race is on with an OPPO R7 Plus Gold as grand prize

Are you ready to win yourself a OPPO’s latest flagship worth RM1,998 ? then join up in the R7 Series Place Race that starts now till 8th August to snag yourself the OPPO R7 Plus Gold and other goodies. This isn’t the first time they’ve had a contest to give out this exclusive version of their phone

The R7 Series Place Race has two categories, “Everyday Ranking” and “Ultimate Ranking” where participants will be rewarded on a daily basis based on total points while the second takes into account the player’s accumulated points over the event period. The game will end at exactly 11.59 PM, Saturday 8th August 2015.

How you earn points is by inviting friends, sharing information on social media and finding easter eggs by clicking the environment while your character stands in line.

Prizes include the LE903 Bluetooth headset, flash drives, iLike shopping discount vouchers and movie tickets. The grand prize will of course, go to the player who has amassed the most total points and will take home a brand new OPPO R7 Plus Gold.

To recap on the specs, the OPPO R7 Plus features a metal unibody design and it runs on a Qualcomm Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage expandable to 128GB via microSD. This is a dual-SIM 4G LTE device, and the microSD slot also doubles up as a 2nd sim slot. For taking pictures, it gets a 13MP Sony IMX278 camera that’s capable of shooting Ultra HD pictures up to 52MP resolution. For natural illumination, it is supported with dual-tone LED flash. Selfie shots are taken with its 8MP front shooter which comes with auto beautification features.
