Sony’s PROselfie smart phone, the Xperia C4 Dual has arrived

If you love taking selfies, the Sony Xperia C4 Dual is now officially available in Malaysia with the retail price tag of RM1,299. It was launched locally last month alongside the Xperia M4 Aqua and its new flagship Xperia Z4 Tablet. This is the successor of the Xperia C3 and the new model offers better specs all round.

The Xperia C4 Dual features a 5.5″ Full HD display and under the hood it gets a 64-bit MediaTek MT6752 1.7GHz Octa-Core processor that’s mated to 2GB of RAM. On-board it has 16GB of storage which can expand up to 128GB extra with microSD.

The main camera of the Xperia C4 has been bumped up to a 13MP Exmor RS sensor, while the front has a 5MP camera that even comes with an LED flash for better lit selfies. There are couple of selfie features built-in including AR mask and beautification.

With a 2,600mAh capacity battery, the Xperia C4 Dual weighs 147 grams and has a thickness of just 7.9mm. Out of the box, it runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop and it also supports 4G LTE, unlike the M4 Aqua for Malaysia that’s limited to just 3G HSPA+. The Xperia C4 Dual is availale in black, white and vibrant mint colours. For more info, head over to Sony’s Xperia C4 Dual product page.
