You can now pre-order your very own Pebble Time

After shipping its stocks to its Kickstarter backers, the new colour enabled Pebble Time is now available for pre-order. The Time is priced at US$199 (which is about RM742) and they ship to Malaysia for free via standard mail.

This is the 2nd generation Pebble succeeding the previous one which comes with a black and white e-paper display. The new one is much thinner a 9.5mm and it also gets water resistance, allowing it to be submerged under 30 metres deep. Also new is a built-in microphone which allows short audio recording and the front bevel uses stainless steel with matte finishing.

Despite having a newer Pebble 3.0 platform and a colour display, the Pebble Time is still capable of pushing up to 7 days of use on a single charge. For the display, it is always on like the original pebble and it boast great screen visibility even at outdoors.

You can get the Time in Black, White and Red. For something more upmarket, there’s the Pebble Time Steel which isn’t available yet. The Time Steel costs US$299 (about RM1,124) and it comes with up to 9 days of battery life.

If you’re interested, you can place your orders at the Pebble Time product page.
