ASUS Zenfone Selfie heading to Malaysia in September under RM1K

According to some reliable sources the ASUS Zenfone Selfie will be arriving in Malaysia this September and will be priced under RM 1,000. The device was just announced yesterday at Computex 2015 and is a direct competitor to the more expensive HTC Desire EYE which also has the same sort of camera setup.

To recap on the specs,  Zenfone Selfie will be sporting a 5.5 inch IPS display with Full HD resolution at 403ppi that features Gorilla Glass 4 to protect against those accidental dings and scratches. Under the hood it will have a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 mated to 3GB RAM. The storage capacity has yet to be finalised as it will vary from country to country but we are expecting at least 32GB for the Malaysian market.

No word yet on whether the accessories will arrive at the same time but we are hoping they at least will be available on ASUS’s online store come launch.
