Get a 500MB boost when you top up any internet pass from the MyMaxis App

Heads up Maxis Postpaid users, you can now snag yourself extra data for free when you buy any data plan using the MyMaxis App. On top of letting you keep an eye on your internet usage the app also makes it easy to purchase data.

From the 18th May to the 19th July, any data plan bought using the MyMaxis app awards you 500MB free data during the promo period. That’s right, even buying the daily 100MB plan for RM2 can get you that 500MB of data. The 500MB Mobile Internet Pass is valid for 30 days but the extra data is a one off freebie that can only be redeemed once per customer or number.

Do note that this doesn’t apply to supplementary lines so only the principle line will be awarded the free data. The free 500MB data will be credited on a weekly basis and you’ll receive an SMS upon activation.

You can download the app for both Android and iOS so catch it while you can.

For more information, head over to Maxis’s Free 500MB Promo page.
