ASUS Zenfone 2 now available on Digi Online Store

ASUS Malaysia will be selling their Zenfone 2 on their online store starting tomorrow. If you prefer to get it cheaper with contract, Digi is now offering the Zenfone 2 on their online store as well.

As revealed during the launch, Digi is offering just 2 models – the ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE550ML with a 5.5″ HD 720p display and the higher spec Zenfone 2 ZE551ML with a 5.5″ Full HD display. Both of which are offered with Digi’s new revamped Smart Plans that offer either more voice calls or more internet.

To recap the specs, the Zenfone 2 ZE550ML on offer runs 1.8GHz Atom Z3560 processor with 2GB RAM and has 16GB of storage which retails at RM749. Meanwhile its higher spec ZE551ML on the bundled plan is priced at RM1,099 outright and runs on the top of the line 2.3GHz Intel Atom Z3580 processor with 4GB RAM, along with 32GB of storage.

The full bundled Zenfone 2 price are as follows:

ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE550ML – 2GB RAM + 16GB Storage
Digi SmartPlan 78 – RM279
Digi SmartPlan 108 – RM0
Digi SmartPlan 148 – RM0

ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE551ML – 4GB RAM + 32GB Storage
Digi SmartPlan 78 – RM609
Digi SmartPlan 108 – RM369

Unlike the offers we’ve seen during the launch event, the Zenfone 2 is only offered with 24 months contract. When signing up, you would need to pay between RM360-RM800 as an advance payment, which will be rebated back to your monthly bill usage.

The Zenfone 2 ZE550ML is available in Red and Black, while the ZE551ML is offered only in Red. For more info, you can head over to Digi’s ASUS Zenfone 2 ZE550ML & ZE551ML product pages.
