Heeding the Government’s call for affordable broadband, Digi has introduced a new broadband plan for those that require just data. For just RM20, you get a prepaid starter pack that comes preloaded with 1GB data and it is valid for 30 days from activation. That’s quite cheap considering its entry-level postpaid broadband is costlier at RM25/month for the same amount of data.
For the subsequent months, Digi is also offering a promo for its top ups that comes with extra data from now until 30th June. You have the option to add 1.5GB (30 days) for RM30 or up to 5GB (30 days) for RM100. On the average, this calculates to RM20/GB.
On top of that, Digi is also giving out extra tenure bonus if you maintain a reload of at least RM30 each month. From the 4th month onward you’ll get extra 100MB/month and after a year, you’ll get 200MB/month more.
