Maxis today unveiled their new MaxisONE Club (MOC) privilege program for it’s MOC Elite members in recognition for longtime customer loyalty and patronage. Maxis postpaid customers are invited to join the MOC or MOC Elite based on their monthly spends to enjoy rewards based on the two tiers.
To be entitled to membership, MOC members need to have an average spend of RM 150 a month to gain access to the additional privileges; inclusive of member only discounts through the MyMaxis App that’s available through Google Play and the App store. They also enjoy private access meet and greets with stars like Jacky Cheung and on May 3rd, a special backstage access to meet the Backstreet Boys in person as well as be in the running for VIP seats.
To be a part of the MOC Elite on the other hand, postpaid users simply need to have an average spend of RM 500 a month and will be entitled to fast track access at Maxis centers with priority queue, express SIM-delivery in the event of lost or damaged SIM and one free Helpline call. Members will also get access to unique dining and gadget experiences that let users experience invitation-only dining events as well as get their hands on gadgets earlier than the rest; with the first preview event to be held for the Samsung S6 and S6 edge before official release, on April 11th by invite. This is on top of the MOC rewards as a whole.
There are some criteria to join however; with the baseline minimum being the aforementioned monthly spends as well as (for MOC Elite) being a postpaid user for at least a year and have made timely payments for a 12 month period.
