Apple to hold March 9th event likely about the Apple Watch

Apple has sent out invitations to a March 9th event that we believe might be focusing on the Apple Watch.

The event happening in San Francisco titled “Spring forward” in reference to Daylight Saving Time which begins the day before at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theatre, which has been used before by Apple to introduce new versions of the Apple iPhone and iPad.

The Apple Watch was originally announced last year alongside the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, though no actual launch date has been announced, CEO Tim Cook has said that the smartwatch won’t be hitting the market before April.

Hopefully the event will reveal a launch price for the much awaited device for the mid-range and high-end versions because Apple has already stated that the entry-level Apple Watch Sport will start at $349 (RM1257)
