HTC releases new teaser for upcoming launch MWC 2015 launch, says you have “no idea” what’s coming

HTC is getting ready to showoff its latest smartphone and the brand wants to make sure you’re paying attention when the launch happens on March 1. The latest to come out from the brand is a teaser video that was released on HTC UK’s Twitter page, while it doesn’t reveal much in terms of product information, the “let them stare” claim is a bold one and one that has certainly gotten a lot of people curious with what HTC will be revealing.

Rumours and leaks have surfaced ahead of HTC’s launch event. Among these, the most persistent have been that HTC will be launching two new devices — the HTC One M9 and One M9 Plus that is rumoured to have a screen north of 5.5-inches to compete with the Galaxy Note 4. In addition, the One M9 is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor and to have a 5-inch Quad HD display, a 20 MP rear camera, 5 MP front-facing camera, 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of expandable storage space.

But whatever it is, and whatever many speculate the new HTC devices will be, the brand’s Senior Global Online Communications Manager, Jeff Gordon, says that the best parts are yet to be revealed. He took to Twitter to say that “the best parts of HTC’s March 1st launch event are the parts you have NO IDEA are coming”.

In any case, we are in Barcelona to give you the most comprehensive MWC coverage ever, and we will definitely be at the HTC launch event to give you the latest. At the same time, you can also follow the launch as it happens from the official HTC live stream here. Everything happens at 11pm Malaysia time on March 1. Come join us.

In the meantime, here are some leaked video demos that shows what is probably the One M9, in action
