Sony accidentally leaks info about the Xperia Z4 Tablet

In a posting that was quickly pulled from Sony’s official Xperia Lounge application, it looks like the Japanese brand has confirmed that it will be releasing the Xperia Z4 Tablet very soon.

While Sony has previously mentioned that the Xperia Z4, won’t be making an appearance during MWC, the date of launch on the app; 3rd March 2015, seems to hint otherwise.

We don’t quite know the full specs of the device yet, but the screenshot confirms that the Xperia Z4 Tablet will have a 2K display on top of the ‘the latest ultra fast processor’ as well as ‘industry leading battery performance’. Design wise it looks very similar to their Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact so it’s quite possible that the 2K display will be perched on a 10-inch version of the device.

Here’s the screenshot before Sony pulled it.

MWC 2015 is happening next week, so we’ll be seeing what Sony has to offer very shortly.
