Leaked demo videos show HTC One M9 in action

There’s still a lot of speculation of what HTC’s next flagship is going to look like, with discrepancies across the different leaks, but it looks like these videos are the real deal. For those hoping for a fresh new design might be disappointed as the One M9 shown matches the earlier leaked press images.

Here are three videos showcasing what we believe is the HTC One M9, showing off a two-toned metal chassis, some apps and custom widgets to name a few. Two of the videos focus on specific features of the phone, namely the camera and a theme-creator app, while the first one gives an overall take on the smartphone. The original leaker UpLeaks has since removed the original videos and deleted his account, so catch them while they’re still up.

Videos after the break.

Fancy effects aside, here you get a glimpse of HTC’s new Sense Home Widget which allows users to use different apps based on their location and new BlinkFeed features.

This clip shows off a revised camera that seems to have had it’s Ultrapixel tech moved to it’s front camera, presumably for better low light selfies.

HTC’s new Themes app is looking a lot slicker and user friendly too. Take a picture for the background and you get to select icon style and colour scheme that appears to be compiled from the hues of your background image.

HTC is expected to be unveiling this smartphone at Mobile World Congress next week.
