Need to impress the family with a brand spanking new smartphone? Sony Mobile announced it’s ‘Spring to a Great Start with Sony’ promo that will run from the 3rd to the 17th February this year for the CNY festive season.
To sum it up, each purchase of the selected Xperia smartphones, tablets and accessories entitles buyers to gifts worth up to RM98 like 16GB, 8GB MicroSD memory cards and limited edition Xperia 2015 Chinese New Year Shirts.
The products eligible for the promotion include the Xperia Z3, Z3 Compact, T2 Ultra, Z2, C3, E3, M2, M2 Aqua and T3 and the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact. It’s not limited to just phones either, the promotion also applies to accessories like charging docks, wearables and Bluetooth audio devices.
The discounts aren’t exactly phenomenal though, with the average being about RM 100 off per item, with the biggest discounts being for the Sony Xperia Z3. On Sony’s online store there are also promotions unrelated to this CNY smartphone promo that includes rebates for certain camera models and a handful of audio products.
“For many people, this time of the year usually marks a fresh start with renewed goals. What better way to achieve this than through a range of stylish and affordable Xperia devices to help you take charge and get organized,” said Chang Seng Hock, Head of Market, Sony Mobile Communications Malaysia.
