Microsoft apparently has a special announcement scheduled on the 2nd of March during MWC 2015, a day after Samsung’s big but not so mysterious unveiling.
They haven’t dropped any information about what exactly they are going to announce but we bet that it’s likely to be a new Lumia smartphone, though we aren’t sure if it will be a flagship device despite the long period between their last flagship, with its phablet range like the Lumia 1520 and 1320 being due for a replacement.
Word has it that the Lumia 1320 successor (possibly the Lumia 1330) could be announced and it was earlier leaked to feature a 5.7″ HD 720p display with Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM and 32GB of storage. It is also rumoured to have a 14MP PureView camera and 5MP front camera and might have single and dual sim variants.
Below is an image on what it could look like.
That said, Microsoft usually is full of surprises so we’ll only know for sure on the announcement day itself.
