MyMaxis App: Account Management and Rewards at your fingertips

We are now living on the internet age where most people are accessing the net from their mobile device. With that in mind, Maxis is trying to improve the self-serve experience so that you won’t need to call their customer service number or walk into their Maxis Centres.

So with the all-new MyMaxis App, you can now manage your account, check current data usage, pay bills and explore rewards that’s available near you. The app only requires you to log-in once and you have quicker access in future.

Compared to the previous version, the interface is much easier to use and you easily browse your account details, usage and current charges. For those who worry constantly about their data usage, you can also check your used and remaining quota and if you need to, you can purchase one time passes at a touch of a button. It also lets you pay your bills and it is done with a few steps after you’ve assigned your credit card details with MaxisPay.

A new feature in the app is rewards with special deals for dining, entertainment, health and shopping categories. Instead of pushing promos randomly, the MyMaxis app is smart enough to alert offers that are available near your current location. With integrated maps, you can get directions to the offer location instantly. If you don’t want to be alerted for rewards, you could manage this under settings.

You can download the MyMaxis app which is now available for iOS (iPhone) and Android devices.
