Moto X 2014 is now officially on sale in Malaysia

After appearing on our SIRIM database, the Motorola Moto X (2014) is now officially available in Malaysia. Distributed by Brightstar, the 5.2″ pure Android experience smart phone is offered at RM1,888. That’s quite a huge jump from the previous model that was priced at RM1,499.

To recap on the specs, the Moto X for 2014 gets a 5.2″ Full HD display and it runs on a 2.5GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 801 processor with 2GB of RAM. For Malaysia, they are offering 16GB of storage which isn’t expandable. The rear gets a 13MP main camera with a unique ring flash while selfies are taken with a 2MP camera.

It gets a front facing speaker and it is juiced up with a rather little 2,300mAh capacity battery. No problems with faster downloads as it supports 4G LTE with nano-SIM slot. The benefits of having a Moto is a stock Android experience and quicker access to the latest version of Android.
