Almost everyone is claiming that their network is all new, boasting upgraded equipment and increased capacity. DiGi however is putting money where their mouth is by offering a 7 day Money Back Guarantee for new subscribers on its DG SmartPlan 50. A few months back, they had done a similar exercise but this time they have made things easier by allowing you to sign up and request for refunds online.

Take note that this Money Back offer is only applicable for new subscribers only that hasn’t signed up for a DiGi account for the past 12 months. Only 1 account per customer is eligible for the refund and it isn’t applicable for port-ins (MNP) and IDD usage will be disabled during the 7 day period.

If you’re interested to try them out, the DG SmartPlan 50 offers 2GB of Internet (1GB to be used for SmartApps), 100 minutes of calls and 300 SMS. The Money Back Guarantee offer is available from now until 31st March 2015.

For more information, visit DiGi’s Money Back Guarantee promo page.
