TMgo LTE Broadband now covers more states including East Malaysia

TM’s LTE broadband service, TMgo has expanded its wireless footprint to 7 more states including East Malaysia. The new broadband service uses 4G LTE on 850MHz frequency was launched a few months ago with Kedah and Melaka as initial service area.

So now they have a total of 9 states covered which includes Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak and Selangor. In Sarawak, they are now available in Kuching, Kota Samarahan, Sri Aman, Sibu and Mukah. Meanwhile in Sabah, they cover Kota Kinabalu, Menggatal, Kinarut, Papar, Beaufort, Sandakan and Tawau.

Like most wireless broadband service, TMgo offers both single user USB Modem as well as a MiFi Hotspot starter packs. It is charged on a prepaid model and they offer a variety of data packs from 1GB for RM10/week to 6GB for RM50/60 days. Its expansion from 2 to 9 states in just a few months is quite fast. Some parts of Johor such as Pontian and Kota Tinggi are covered too according to their latest coverage map.
