Xiaomi now has its own exclusive service centre at Low Yat Plaza

Xiaomi today has officially open its first Exclusive Service Centre on the 4th floor of Low Yat Plaza, Kuala Lumpur. This adds on to its existing network of 6 panel service centres in West Malaysia. Being an exclusive centre, you can expect faster turn around where they aim to repair any device within 2 hours. As comparison, its other service centres have an SLA of 2 days which Xiaomi claims to have 90% of service orders being resolved within a day.

Apart from being a place to send your faulty Xiaomi smart phones and accessories, the outlet also doubles up as a mini showroom where you can touch and feel its wide range of products. Some of the products on display include the 49″ 4K resolution Mi TV2, Mi Pad and its Mi Routers.

Before you send your device in, take note that the exclusive service centre currently accepts official Xiaomi products that are sold from the Malaysian Mi Store, partner telcos and online retailers such as Lazada. So if you’ve gotten a unit from elsewhere, the pending repairs are subject to their HQ approvals.
