Most smart phone makers are getting into the fitness game with smart watches and built-in fitness apps like Samsung’s S Heath. Recognising the trend of fitness, Google has released Google Fit, its one stop fitness tracking app that makes use of your device sensors. To make it more comprehensive, it works on all of your Android powered devices including on your phone, tablet smart watch and you can even view your progress on the web.
All your activities are tracked and saved online, making it seamless across different devices that you carry all day. If you have other existing fitness tracking apps, Google Fit is able to connect with Strava, Withings, Runtastic, Runkeeper and Noom Coach.
To give it a go, you can download Google Fit at the Play Store.
