If you’re using the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, you are not going to be stuck with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for long. Samsung has been reported to have rolled out its Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for Galaxy Note 3 users in India.
The update is a big one at about 495MB in size and it can be obtained via OTA (Over the Air) update or through your PC via Samsung Kies. Apart from the usual security and stability updates, the new firmware claims to offer performance improvements including battery life and a new album art support on the home screen.
Take note that this is for the Note 3 Neo, which is basically an upgraded Note II in Galaxy Note 3 clothing. The current Galaxy Note 3 is now running on Android 4.4.2.
