The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a portable powerhouse tablet that aims to replace your laptop. It will be going on sale in Malaysia very soon as senQ Digital Station and Senheng will be accepting orders nationwide starting tomorrow, 1st July.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 will be available in Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors and in different storage capacity. The Malaysian pricing are as follows:
Core i3 64GB – RM2,729
Core i5 128GB – RM3,299
Core i5 256GB – RM4,199
Core i7 256GB – RM4,999
Core i7 512GB – RM6,779
In terms of memory, the Surface Pro 3 comes with 4GB RAM for 64GB/128GB storage variants while the higher 256GB/512GB storage units get 8GB of RAM. The prices above are for the Surface Pro 3 tablet only and it excludes the Surface Pro Type Cover keyboard.

To recap on the specs, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than before with a larger 12″ 2160×1440 resolution display and it is now slimmer at just 9.1mm while weighing just 800 grams. Being a Surface Pro, it runs on the full fledged Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro. The kickstand now is much improved with flexible angles to suit different needs.
