Samsung Galaxy Tab S Malaysian launch happening next week

The recently announced Samsung Galaxy Tab S will be launched in Malaysia next week on the 24th of June. This is probably the quickest roll out from Samsung in Malaysia after being announced internationally just last Friday. Based on SIRIM’s certification, we would be getting the 4G LTE variants for both 8.4″ and 10.5″ sizes.

To recap on the specs, both Galaxy Tab S will be having a high resolution 2560×1600 Super AMOLED display and runs on a Quad-Core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB of RAM. The design mimics the Galaxy S5 with its perforated back cover look and boast a super thin 6.6mm thickness and weighing 467 grams for the 10.5″ LTE version. The home button in front also doubles up as a finger print scanner and you’ll also get the Ultra Power Saving Mode that was first introduced on the Galaxy S5. You can read up more details of the Galaxy Tab S here.
