The newly announced Samsung Galaxy Tab S is their thinnest and lightest flagship tablet whichnow uses Super AMOLED for its display. If you compare the specs, it is very similar to its Galaxy TabPRO and NotePRO series which Samsung has been hesitant to bring in its full range. So far only its mammoth sized NotePRO 12.2 tablet is on sale with the price tag of RM2,999. There’s a good reason of them doing so as now it appears that Samsung Malaysia will be offering both Galaxy S Tab 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 with 4G LTE capabilities.
Just last week, we’ve seen the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 4G LTE model (SM-T805) being certified on SIRIM’s database. Now a quick check reveals that its Galaxy Tab S 8.4 with 4G LTE (SM-T705) is certified as well. Since both are already certified, we expect both models to go on sale in the next couple of weeks.
