Xiaomi Malaysia stocks up 5,000 units of Mi Power Bank on 27 May

UPDATE: Xiaomi postponed sales to the next day 28th May at 12PM due to technical issues. Details here.

If you didn’t managed to buy its hot selling 10,400mAh Mi Power Bank, Xiaomi will be replenishing their online store with 5,000 units this coming Tuesday on 27th May. Also going on sale is the Mi 3 smart phone with 6,000 units on same day.

For this coming sale, they have yet to announce any purchase limit per order. The Mi Power Bank is priced at RM36 and take note that Xiaomi’s online store charges shipping fees for orders with smaller transaction amount. For Klang Valley West Malaysia addresses, shipping is free if you order 2 units which is above its minimum RM70 spend. So if they allow 2 units, it is best to combine orders with a friend to save on shipping cost. Among the 2 items available, the Power Bank is highly sought after as it ran out of stock faster than its Mi 3 smart phone.

So set your timers ahead of 12:00PM on 27th May and be sure to refer our Buyer’s Guide on what you need to know before the mad rush. For faster transaction, you can login the Xiaomi account at mi.com/my before 12PM. Take note that the online store will show “Out of Stock” before noon and it will change to BUY NOW when sales are open.
