If you’ve made up your mind to buy the Xiaomi Mi 3, do take note. There will be a very limited 4,000 units available on the 20th May when it goes on sale. In Singapore, the Mi 3 was sold out in just 2 minutes and it is very likely that it could be snapped up even sooner based on the intense interest of this new affordable device.
In terms of payment, we are told that they are accepting only PayPal so it is a good idea to register an account and link it to your credit or debit cards if you haven’t already.
To recap, the Xiaomi Mi 3 is priced at just RM889 and comes with high-end internals including a 5″ IPS Full HD display, a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. It also gets a decent 13MP Sony camera with dual-LED flash and a large 3,050mAh capacity battery. You can see how it compares in terms of specs and dimensions in our smart phone comparison. Probably the only question left unanswered is the time of the sale. Do follow their official Xiaomi Malaysia Facebook page for the latest updates.
