LG shows off the G Watch with its own teaser video

LG will be releasing a smart watch of their own which is called the G Watch. Similar to the Motorola’s Moto 360, it will run on Google’s Android Wear platform with deeper integration with its current Google Now services.

We’ve seen dozens of official pictures of the G Watch and now LG has released a teaser video for the device. It highlights compatibility with Android devices including tablets, water resistance and a metal body construction. As we’ve seen earlier, it charges with a dock that’s connected to the exposed pins underneath the watch.

Availability of the watch is still unknown yet but some sources claim that it may be released in the next few month. The price would be quite expensive with some speculating it to be US$300 or 180 Pounds, which comes up to nearly RM1,000 in our local currency.

Check out the video after the break.
