Huawei Ascend P7 gets leaked with clear pictures

The Huawei Ascend P7 will be launched next week on 7th May featuring a premium aluminium body and a slim profile of under 7mm. While the design is said to be similar with its current Ascend P6, the Ascend P7 has been leaked ahead of launch with clear shots of the device.

From the pictures, there are some minor variations on the Ascend P7. The power button is now round and it is placed in the middle of the right side. This is somewhat similar to the iconic power button found on the current Sony Xperia devices. The loudspeaker grill at the back has also been revised from landscape to a portrait position as well.

In terms of specs, the Ascend P7 is slightly bigger with a 5″ Full HD screen and runs on a faster Quad-Core Kirin 910T processor with 2GB of RAM. It is also speculated to come with a main 13MP camera and a rather large 8MP camera at the front. This time around, the Ascend P7 will be supporting 4G LTE which was lacking in the current Ascend P6.

While the official launch is 7 days away, its compact sibling – Ascend P7 mini has already surfaced with mid-spec hardware. It gets a smaller 4.5″ display that does qHD resolution and runs on a more frugal Quad-Core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM.

Check out more images of the Ascend P7 after the break.
