HTC One Android 4.3 update with Sense 5.5 is finally here

The latest Android 4.3 update for HTC One is finally rolling out to official units in Malaysia. Apart from the new OS, the new software version 3.63.707.3 also brings a host of new improvements with HTC Sense 5.5.

For those who doesn’t use BlinkFeed as the default pane, the good news is that you now have the option to disable it completely. If BlinkFeed is something you use often, they have improved it with support for offline reading as well. HTC Zoe also gets some improvements as well where you can now select custom audio for the highlight videos and there’s also a new feature to create animated GIF from Zoe/Burst shots. Another nice touch is customisable Quick Settings and a new DND mode.

Similar to the HTC One Max, HTC is also giving additional 25GB of Google Drive storage to existing HTC One users with the latest update. If you are still not getting any notifications, you can update manually under Settings > About > Software Updates. First you’ll need to download a smaller software update patch which requires a restart. Once that’s done, only then you’re able to download the actual Android 4.3 software update which is about 678MB. We recommend that you switch to WiFi to update your device.
