Samsung Galaxy S4 (i9500) Malaysian units get Android 4.3 Update with Galaxy Gear support

The Samsung Galaxy S4 (i9500) in Malaysia has finally received its Android 4.3 update which brings a couple of new improvements including official support for its Galaxy Gear smart watch. The new software also offers improved performance with new camera firmware, retweaked TouchWiz and better RAM management. Hopefully this would improve the battery life and lag issues we’ve been facing especially when it comes to camera.

The update package is about 674MB to download and it is available over the air. To start updating, just head to Settings > More (Tab) > About Device > Software Update.
