Celcom offer early bird goodies at their iPhone 5S & iPhone 5C event

UPDATE: Celcom reveals iPhone 5S plans with bundled pricing from RM1,738.

The iPhone 5S & iPhone 5C will be officially available in Malaysia on 31st October and it looks like Celcom is having a special event where you can get the device at the stroke of midnight.

It is happening at Blue Cube at Sunway Pyramid from 8PM onwards and they are offering special deals and offers for the first 100 customers. There’s no mention what are the terms like but it is likely tied with specific contract plans. According to the invite details, the first 100 will get a phone case, a “self-repair” screen protector plus a RM500 Voucher or Mystery gift. More details over at Celcom’s special event page.

Pricing wise, the iPhone 5S starts from RM2,399 for 16GB while the iPhone 5C at RM1,999 for the same storage size. You can get the full iPhone pricing details here.

Apart from Celcom, DiGi too is having a midnight release for the iPhone 5C/5S where they had a virtual queue which ended at midnight early this morning. So far there’s no news from Maxis but earlier it’s purported Maxis One Club bundled details had a short appearance before it was taken down.

If you don’t fancy getting the iPhone 5C/5S on contract, you can order yours from the Apple Online Store or through Machines. You can track Machine’s iPhone 5S stock availability here.
