Maxis reveals Galaxy Note 3 contract pricing from as low as RM1,199. Free Galaxy Gear for One Club members

UPDATE 2: Maxis has added more plans for the Galaxy Note 3 with SurfMore 50 & 12 months option.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is officially going on sale tomorrow and Maxis has finally revealed its contract bundling plan. On Maxis, the 5.7″ phablet is offered from as low as RM1,199 and like the other telcos, it is only available with a single 24 months contract option now comes with 12 month & 24 month options. The full contract options are as follows:

TalkMore 78 + 3GB Internet (12 months) – RM1,499
TalkMore 78 + 3GB Internet (24 months) – RM1,199
TalkMore 78 + 1GB Internet (12 months) – RM1,699
TalkMore 78 + 1GB Internet (24 months) – RM1,399

SurfMore 75 (12 months) – RM1,899
SurfMore 75 (24 months) – RM1,599
SurfMore 50 (12 months) – RM1,999
SurfMore 50 (24 months) – RM1,699

The TalkMore 78 is designed for those who make calls frequently has it comes bundled with 600 minutes of calls and 500 SMS each month for RM78/month. For internet usage, it is charged as an add on at RM48 for 1GB and RM68 for 3GB. For those who hardly make calls or SMS and primarily uses the internet, then the SurfMore 75 is for you with 5GB of data at just RM75/month while SurfMore 50 gives you 2GB of data for RM50/month. Any calls made on SurfMore plan are charged separately as per use.

As a special Maxis One Club promotion, they are throwing in free additional 3GB of mobile data for 6 months if you get the Note 3 with its TalkMore 78 plan with 3GB of mobile Internet. The extra data offer is valid from 25th September until 31st October.

Apart from that, Maxis is also giving away the Galaxy Gear worth RM999 for the first 800 Maxis One Club members nationwide. Of course, this is for those opting for the Galaxy Note 3 and while stocks last. The Galaxy Gear watch won’t be available this week and shall be delivered from 3rd October onwards.
