Galaxy S4 Malaysia: U Mobile Starts Registration of Interest

This is a surprise. After DiGi’s opener, you’d expect Maxis and Celcom to follow suit but instead we have U Mobile making the next move.

We’re talking about news on the Samsung Galaxy S4, and you can now register your interest to own the device with U Mobile. Of course, a registration of interest doesn’t guarantee you getting a device like a pre-order but its a good start from an operator outside of the big three. It’s also an easy way for operators not to break any terms imposed by Samsung to ensure everything is fair an square among operator come launch day.

Not much detail is being revealed by any operators at the moment but world on the street is saying Samsung is looking to launch the Galaxy S4 next week — with Friday being an obvious choice — but at the moment we can’t confirm this.

Whatever it is, the Galaxy S4 is coming and is going to be real soon, so stay tuned. In the meantime, you can register your interest to own the Samsung Galaxy S4 from U Mobile here.

Thanks for the tip @Crasher7.
