The new HTC One will be heading to Malaysia but slightly later by end of April 2013. In terms of pricing, the HTC One is priced at RM2,299 which is the similar to the HTC Butterfly when it was launched here. So far it looks like we would be getting the 32GB storage variant in Silver/white colour.

To recap on the specs, the HTC One comes with a Full HD 4.7″ screen that pushes a high pixel density of 468ppi (pixels per inch). It runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Quad-core processor at 1.7GHz mated with 2GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of storage. The key highlights of the new HTC One includes a new Ultrapixel camera with larger sensor pixel size (4MP effective), infrared port, dual front facing speakers and dual mics with HDR. You can read more about the device over here.

We are currently at their regional launch event in Sydney for a hands-on. HTC has shared that their HTC Sense TV feature which is a real-time TV electronic programming guide with Infrared Remote control will work in Malaysia. Speaking on 4G LTE support, you’ll be delighted to know that it does support LTE Band 7 at 2600MHz frequency.
