Celcom offers Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 from RM1,388

Celcom has revealed its Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 offering which can be yours from as low as RM1,388. The Galaxy Note 10.1 which retails at RM2,199 for the 3G + WiFi version comes bundled with 3 plan options from RM48 to RM98 a month on Celcom First Data plans with optional voice. The plan offers 1GB for RM48/month, 3GB for RM68/month and 5GB for RM98/month. Voice calls and SMS are charged at 15 sen/min and 10 sen/SMS.

In terms of device pricing, the RM1,388 is tied with 24 months contract of Celcom First Data Advance (5GB), while the least commitment option is 12 months contract on Celcom First Data Lite (1GB). Celcom is also giving additional monthly rebates for the first 10 months, up to RM35 depending on plan type.

To recap on the specs, the Galaxy Note 10.1 runs on 1.4GHz Exynos Quad-Core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The 10.1″ LCD screen that does 1280×800 and it comes with 5MP main camera with a 1.9MP front facing camera. It also lets you make phone calls but you would need to use a headphones or bluetooth device. Out of the box, it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with additional enhancements such as Multi-screen and other S-Pen enhanced apps for productivity.
