HTC’s upcoming Wildfire S successor picture leaked

After unveiling the HTC One series, an entry level smart phone is expected to be released soon. Dubbed as the HTC Golf, the device you’re seeing here is rumoured to be the upcoming HTC Wildfire C, the successor of the Wildfire S.

In terms of specs, it comes with a 3.5″ display pushing 480×320 pixels, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of on board storage which is expandable with microSD. Over at the back, there’s a 5MP camera and what’s interesting to note is the presence of a front facing camera. It runs on Ice Cream Sandwich and it is likely to run on a single core processor of 1GHz or below.

Previously the Wildfire / Wildfire S was demanding a rather high price tag beyond RM1000 mark. Since its higher spec HTC One V is priced at RM999, we might be looking at a more affordable price tag below RM900, which makes it a worthy competitor for the Samsung Galaxy Y.
