In addition to the Xperia S and the Xperia U, Sony has also introduced the Xperia P, it’s multimedia-centric Android smartphone.
The Xperia P features a 4-inch 960×540 Reality Display with a new display technology that Sony calls “WhiteMagic” developed for excellent daylight viewing. At the Sony MWC press conference, where the device was unveiled, Sony’s CMO Steve Walker says the Xperia P is the “smartest and brightest smartphone display in the market”.
In addition to the display, Xperia P features an 8MP rear camera with Fast Capture and 1080p video recording, encased in an aluminium unibody design that carries the same design language as the Xperia S and Xperia U.
