Motorola RAZR launched in Malaysia with RM1,999 price tag

UPDATE: Motorola RAZR offered on contract by Celcom from RM1,308.

The Motorola RAZR is finally launched in Malaysia with the price tag of RM1,999 outright. In terms of availability, the sexy 7.1mm slim device will be on sale beginning this Friday on 11.11.11 together with the Motorola Defy+.

Just a recap on the specs, it comes with a 4.3″ Super AMOLED Advanced display that supports qHD resolution of 960×540. Internally it runs on dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The battery is non-removable but packs a rather generous 1780mAh capacity. The Motorola RAZR in Malaysia also comes with a host of optional accessories such as the Lapdock 100, Lapdock 500, HD dock and HD Station. No telco tie ups have been announced so far but it is likely to happen much later. Stay tune for first impressions from the event.
