Maxis brings out its BlackBerry 9900 plans

Maxis is late out of the starting blocks with this one but it’s always better late than never. With not much fanfare, Maxis has just released details on its BlackBerry 9900 plans allowing you to purchase the device for as low as RM1,390 with a contract sign-up.

Only two plans are on offer with the Bold 9900. The Maxis BIS Pro gives you 3GB of data for RM90/month and the Maxis BIS Standards brings 500MB of data to the Bold 9900 for RM55/month. With the BIS Standard, if you sign-up with a contract you also get an additional 500MB free for the duration of your contact with Maxis.

Oddly enough there are no additional incentives to encourage users to sign-up with the introduction of the Bold 9900 to Maxis.
