The LG Optimus 2X might have an 8MP camera that can shoot full 1080p HD video, but does more necessarily means better?

MobileCrunch got their hands on a review unit of the world’s first dual-core Android phone and promptly compared its camera with the one on the iPhone 4. The result just reaffirms the notion that a device might look good on paper but in real life, it’s a whole different thing altogether.
