So now that you have the obligatory iPad to impress the ladies/the men/your mom — whatever floats your boat. You got to pimp it out with some serious accessories to stand out from the crowd and this 100% wooden iPad dock carved right out of a log might just as well do the trick.

The log dock is hand made from local cedar in New Paltz, New York, so you know each one is unique, and because its made out of cedar wood, it’ll smell great too — yes, a good smelling iPad dock is very important.

The log dock is compatible with all iPhones and iPods except for the iPod shuffle and use a standard USB plug, so it can be used to charge and sync your device.

If you’re interested to add this art deco wooden dock in your office or home it’ll set you back US$158 or about RM490 in today’s conversion rates. That is excluding delivery and taxes of course.

Since we’re on the topic, here’s a wooden iPhone dock for your viewing pleasure.

Happy new year!
