Singapore may be getting the Samsung Galaxy Tab a few weeks later than Malaysia but it sure is cheaper to get it there outright.
SingTel — the carrier offering the Galaxy Tab — have already put up a register of interest site to take in orders for the device that will be hitting stores on November 13.
Outright selling price for the Galaxy Tab is S$998 which roughly equates to RM2,388. As a comparison, Maxis sells the Tab for RM2,699 or about S$1,128. Ringgit for Ringgit that’s a savings of RM311.00 — a substantial amount if you happen to be in Singapore on launch day.
