DiGi BlackBerry Promo, Bold 9700 offered at RM999 this weekend

UPDATE: The RM999 for the BlackBerry Bold 9700 seems to be a September promo.

DiGi is doing a BlackBerry Promo roadshow this weekend at Mid Valley Megamall (East Atrium) and Sungai Wang (Concourse). As usual, it is the same DG Smart Plan BlackBerry offer where you get to enjoy RM28/month subscription for the first 6 months, which is normally charged at RM68/month for DG Smart Plan.

Now the deal is even sweeter as the BlackBerry Bold 9700 is now offered for RM999, which is an extra RM200 off from the previous promo. The price of the Curve 8520 however is still maintained at RM459. As usual, these prices are expected to be tied with a 24 months contract.

If you want to avoid the MidValley and Sungai Wang areas over the weekend, DiGi also tweeted that the offer is also extended at these selected outlets.

Sadly, no Curve 3G yet from DiGi. If the Bold 9700 and Curve 8520 is not what you’re looking for, you probably want to head to The Curve tomorrow for Celcom’s RM388 BlackBerry Curve 3G promotion.
