Motorola has been on a roll and although they don’t have a killer flagship device, its affordable smart phones with pure Android experience like the Moto G has been doing very well for them. With IFA 2014 week coming up very soon, Motorola will be having a separate event on September 4th in Chicago. You can probably guess what’s going to be revealed from the teaser image above.
Its Moto X and Moto G are due for a replacement and Motorola is expected to refresh its line up with a Moto X+1 and Moto G 2. With a watch being visible, the Moto 360 smart watch could be going on sale as well. Last but not least, there’s also a device for the ear which could be a new Bluetooth headset or could it be a new in-ear smart wearable device?
The Moto X+1 is speculated to be a new flagship beast that packs a top of the line 2.5GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 801 processor with 2GB of RAM, a 5.2″ display, 32GB of storage with microSD slot and a 12MP camera. Meanwhile the Moto G2 is seen as a minor refresh of its current Moto G but it is said to have an updated 8MP camera and a front facing speaker.
As for the Moto 360, the device has been shown several times and they even had an official hands-on video as well. Now the only question left is its official price and where can we buy one. All shall be revealed on September 4th which is 3 weeks away from now.
