Zeekr Malaysia has announced the new 2026 pricing for the Zeekr 7X, following the end of the tax holiday for fully-imported (CBU) EVs. Surely, the electric SUV now costs more than before, but interestingly enough, the price increase is rather minimal.

Zeekr 7X Malaysia Pricing for 2026

Here is the new pricing for Zeekr 7X in Malaysia:

  • Zeekr 7X RWD Standard: RM182,800 (prev: RM179,800)
  • Zeekr 7X RWD Long Range: RM193,800 (prev: RM190,800)
  • Zeekr 7X AWD Performance: RM230,800 (prev: RM226,800)

So, you are looking at differences of RM3,000 to RM4,000, which translates to an increase of around 1.6% to 1.8% than the 7X’s original pricing.

“The Zeekr 7X has been an incredibly important model for us in Malaysia, and as we transition from last year’s stock which necessitates a price update, we have done our best to keep the adjustment as low as possible for our Malaysian consumers.

The modest 1.8% pricing increase allows us to stay competitive without compromising on premium technology, high quality, or the overall ownership experience Zeekr is known for. We look forward to expanding our portfolio this year, and we will share more updates in due course,” – Eddy Lu, General Manager, Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia.

The Bronze winner for Electric SUV of the Year at SoyaCincau Awards 2025, the 7X made its way to our market last August. By the end of 2025, it had become the 8th most popular EV in Malaysia, with 1,510 units registered according to JPJ’s data.

Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 price remains the same for now

As for Zeekr X and Zeekr 009, their pricing remains the same for the time being. This is because the 2025 stocks for both models are still available for purchase.

As a refresher, here’s the pricing for the two other Zeekr models that are currently available in Malaysia:

  • Zeekr X Premium (2WD): RM155,800
  • Zeekr X Flagship (AWD): RM172,800
  • Zeekr 009 Executive (7-seater): RM299,800
  • Zeekr 009 Luxury (7-seater): RM349,800
  • Zeekr 009 Ultra-Luxury (7-seater): RM359,800

According to JPJ’s data, 962 units of Zeekr 009 have been registered by the end of 2025, followed by 163 units of Zeekr X. Accumulatively, Zeekr was Malaysia’s 4th most popular EV brand in 2025 with 2,560 units.

On a related note, we have recently received confirmation that the Zeekr 9X will be released in Malaysia. While the exact details are still being finalised, the PHEV may arrive in our market as soon as the end of this year or early 2027.
